Pharaon joins the Mustangs coaching staff for the 2017 season, serving as the team's graduate assistant. He will oversee the outside linebackers and also serve as the assistant junior varsity coach as the defensive coordinator.

Pharaon comes to Stevenson after a four-year playing career at West Virginia Wesleyan. With the Bobcats, Pharaon appeared in 36 games on the defensive line, recording 132 tackles, 13 sacks, six pass breakups, two fumble recoveries, a forced fumble and a blocked field goal as a junior.

During his senior season, Pharaon led the Bobcats with 77 tackles, including 55 solo while also leading the team with 10.5 sacks. In addition, he recorded 14.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups and a fumble recovery.

A two-year captain, Pharaon's 10.5 sacks ranked tied for 17th in Division II.

Pharaon was one of 53 finalists named for the Cliff Harris Award in 2016, an award presented to the nation's top small college defensive player. He was also named to the Mountain East All-Conference First Team as a senior and was a Mountain East Defensive Player of the Week twice.

In 2016, he founded Athletes by Athletes Performance Training Camp where he is also the owner and CEO.

Pharaon was a two-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. He was also the Director of the Football Team Literacy Service Project.

Pharaon graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Business.
